We with my husband arrived in the hospital for an operation and stayed at guest house. If theater starts with a hanger, then entering your apartments, you get into a friendly atmosphere. Duty administrators are friendly and greet everyone with a smile. Beauty, convenience in each room, the same as in a 5-star hotel. We with my husband lived in guest house from 02.06 to 08.06. I came with the accompanying husband for the operation and stopped at your hotel. Wonderful rooms with all necessary facilities. We are very satisfied. But the most important thing is people who served us. It seems that we came to close relatives. Administrators listen attentively and patiently, answer all questions, give helpful advice. Chambermaids are very conscientious about their duties. All the staff is very attentive, sympathetic, friendly, always with a smile on their faces. Thanks you! Thanks to managers for such employees! Excellent hotel. Small, without pathos, cosy and comfortable. It is located in the protected territory in dormitory area of the city. The registration is fast, the staff (including security) is very kind. I lived in a double clean room, fresh atmosphere, reasonable price, accessories in the bathroom, flat-panel TV, air conditioning. In the territory there is a medical center.

Very quiet and peaceful place. It is located in the protected territory of Hospital of Innovative and Reconstructive Technologies. Double rooms with a small kitchenette. Comfortable beds, helpful staff, breakfast included in the price. Public transport nearby.

We stopped in April 2015 with a group of 40 people (children - hockey players and their parents). Polite, friendly staff. New, clean rooms. Comfortable beds with new bedclothes. Good kitchenette, TV, lots of comfortable closets. Large bathroom, white towels. Cleaning every day. All very pleased, only pluses.

I lived in hospital apartments from 10 to 16 December. Due to profession, I have to be on business trips in various cities, including abroad.
It is impossible not to note the high level of service in the room, the goodwill of the staff and even care: when I had to skip breakfast, staff prudently brought food in room.
Particularly praiseworthy are always friendly and polite administrators who pay attention to all questions and requests!
Very spacious and bright rooms created a cosiness and comfort for a good rest, very high quality atmosphere!

Nice hotel, good room, secure territory with a park. It is located on the territory of the medical center. Rooms are designed for disabled people. Minus - for breakfast you need to walk down the street to a medical center. It is 150 meters away from "Uralskii".

Everything is fine. From the window was an amazing view of the lake - a wonderful winter landscape! The room has a kitchenetteette. I recommend.
